Country Mini Farms is a small community on the border of Maricopa and Pinal Counties in San Tan Valley comprised of 156 lots. Most lots are approximately 3.5 acres in size and have membership in Country Farms Irrigation & Management Company (CFIM). This entitles property owners to receive irrigation from CFIM.
